In the early 1960's Bill Dineen ran a school run in Trafalgar. In 1968 he purchased Workmen's Comfort Coaches of Trafalgar followed by Warragul Bus Lines. Heyfield Bus Lines was acquired in 1984 & Westernport Road Lines in June 1985. In October 1990 Panorama Coaches was purchased and later merged with Hurstbridge Coaches on it's purchase in May 1991. Berwick Bus Lines joined the group in 1995.
The turn of the century did not see any slow down in growth for the group with Sandringham & Brighton Coaches in 2002, McKenzies Tourist Services in 2006 and Martyrs Bus Service in November 2011 all becoming apart of this ever increasing family business.
In November 2013, Bill acquired his first "over the border" business when he purchased Cann's Bus Lines, Corowa. Then moving further into New South Wales with Snowliner Coaches, Cooma in January 2017 & Cavanagh Bus Group, Kempsey in July 2017.
February 2021 saw Bill's largest purchase with Latrobe Valley Bus Lines, followed the same year by Symes Coaches, Inverell in June, Inverell Bus Service, Inverell and Moons Buslines, Yanakie in September.
